IMPACTIVE has turned three years old, and we are celebrating by sharing our latest annual report with you! In it, we review all the work we’ve carried out this year, summarise the challenges being addressed in each of our work packages, and offer you a glimpse of what’s to come. But first, here’s a preview of what you’ll find on the read.
Our strategy this year has focused first and foremost on protecting the results of our work, which is why you will find more patents than papers at this stage. At the same time, much of our effort has been devoted to scaling up our discoveries, moving beyond proof-of-concept and towards processes that can genuinely make an impact at industrial level. This has been a challenging yet rewarding journey, bringing us closer to one of our central goals: demonstrating that mechanochemistry can be greener, safer, and more efficient than conventional methods.
