To turn this vision into reality, we’re establishing a spin-off company. We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead this exciting initiative, driving the transition from concept to industrial reality through the creation of the startup. As CEO, you’ll shape the company’s strategy, secure funding, manage operations, and build a high-performing team. You’ll also lead the commercialisation of an innovative synthesis process designed to relocate API production to Europe, while promoting healthcare sustainability.
This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers from our European HORIZON project and have access to world-class scientific expertise.
As a (co)founder, your remuneration will be directly tied to the capital shares you hold. This is a non-salaried position, with earnings tied to the success of the company.
